Advertising and Promotional Fees
Ottiya offers multiple services to help you advertise your listings and promote your shop. All sellers who join Ottiya.com before the design stage of the annual Ottiya Magazine will have the opportunity to be featured at no cost. Sellers may choose to pay for advertising that is more visible in the magazine. Advertising and promotional fees vary by opportunity. Some other ways that you can engage in paid advertising include being featured on the homepage, our social media, and newsletters. Shipping Fees
Ottiya offers sellers in certain locations the ability to purchase shipping labels to fulfill their orders. The cost of the shipping label will depend on the shipping carrier, and the origin, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. If you add signature confirmation or insurance, those fees will be added to the total cost of the label at the point of purchase. Sellers who purchase shipping labels may also purchase parcel insurance through licensed insurance carriers.
Taxes
Aside from the limited circumstances set out below, you are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Ottiya’s services.
Commission Fee
Ottiya takes a 10 percent commission (not including shipping costs or taxes) from all sales. Commission is taken after deduct discounts (if your shop uses coupons or offers discounts).
