We were deeply affected by the coronavirus outbreak and several plans got halted. We were stumped, but we soon realized that this global crisis was affecting, not only us, but millions of people all over the world.
Our โค๏ธs began to sink seeing the non-stop news pouring in from all corners of the globe, but realized that we canโt just sit here idly and let the virus disrupt our lives like this. In the world of education, hundreds of millions of K-12 learners have been forced out of schools. If teachers are still teaching, they are scrambling to move 100% of their teaching and learning online. Meanwhile, many parents are suddenly having to homeschool 24/7, while (trying to) work remotely.
We were invited to several groups and received email threads that shared helpful information. But, we realized that it was very difficult to sift through hundreds of posts and threads and thought that there must be other people feeling just as overwhelmed. We hope you and the global community of parents and teachers can use this space to find information you all need ASAP.
We know itโs chaotic, but we can get through this together! Please share your wisdom and knowledge with the rest of us!
Thank you and we wish you and your family and friends all the best๐
