Ottiya Community IssueOttiya is an international education magazine co-created by children, educators, and creatives. In the inaugural issue, we explore the theme of community since this is the first time that we are bringing people together for the Ottiya magazine. Ottiya Empathy IssueIn the Ottiya Empathy Issue, we explore the intersections of empathy and learning. We uncover how education innovators all over the world understand and conceptualize empathy in different ways. Together with our contributors, we explore questions such as: what does empathy mean to you? Why should we teach children about empathy? What are the challenges of incorporating empathy into existing curricula?
